Sarah Meth is a London born artist, producer and songwriter. Her broad range of influences, from Karen Dalton to LCD Soundsystem, Nina Simone to Alex G, are evident in her songwriting, which melds a lyrical frankness and vulnerability with a playful pop sensibility. Mostly written from her bedroom, Sarah’s songs paint an intimate and relatable picture of modern life and romance with a wry smile and a dark sense of humour. 

Despite the often‑introspective nature of her music, community has been an integral part of Sarah’s practice since her time studying at music college. Playing and collaborating with herfriends and peers, like King Krule, Sorry, Katy J Pearson, and more has led her to starting her own night ‑ Wishbone, where she invites artists not only to support her, but to join her in a collaborative performance. Recent editions have featured Cameron Picton (Black Midi), Tyler Hyde (Black Country, New Road), Mary In The Junkyard, and Wing!. 

Recently Sarah has performed at SXSW 2026, and was a finalist in Green Man’s 2025 Rising competition, following previous slots at End of The Road, All Points East, Latitude and Into The Great Wide Open. Her track ‘Sister You Said’ (from 2023’s Steps EP) was personally selected by Lena Dunham for the soundtrack of her Netflix series Too Much.
